Blister packs are for packaging goods such as hardware, toys, and electrical items. The products are contained between a specially-made, printed card and clear, pre-formed plastic bubble.

This type of packaging is an great option for creating packages that are durable, transparent, and tamper proof. These clear plastic packages are used with a fiberboard card to help brand the product and catch the consumer's eye.

The blister card is is designed with creative and colorful graphics and the PVC blister is stuck to the card using heat and pressure to activate the heat seal adhesive on the card.

The adhesive and card is strong enough so that the pack may hang on a peg, but weak enough so that the package can be easily opened by the consumer. The consumer can also easily examine the product through the transparent plastic covering.
